Returns & Replacements Policy

Due to the research-only nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

In the event that a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Lexen Peptides will issue a replacement at no cost if the issue was caused by us. Customers are not responsible for return shipping if the replacement is due to a Lexen Peptides error.

All products must be handled in accordance with research safety standards. Lexen Peptides is not liable for damages resulting from improper handling, misuse, or non-research-related applications.
